Seminar on the recast Blue Card Directive

Directive 2021/1883/EU governs the work and residence conditions and rights of highly qualified non-EU workers and their families. It was adopted to enhance EU states’ chances in the global race for talent. This seminar, which is an initiative of the Centre for Migration Law, will bring together a range of institutional, academic and Member State perspectives on the recast negotiation process, national implementation and the continuing challenges of recruiting and retaining highly qualified workers. For more information, visit this link. You can find the full programme below.
